Verduras

¿Quién no ha notado el aumento de las frutas y verduras? Todos lo notaron, muy obvio. Demasiado para ser solo inflación. ¿No les parece? ¿No se lo pusieron a pensar?
Todo aumento, es verdad. Pero si hubiese sido la inflación TODO hubiese aumentando al mismo tiempo y mas o menos en un % similar. (No digo que no haya inflación).
El frío. Que le metan ese cuento a otro, a mi no. ¿A la papa le afecta el frío? No lo creo, ha salvado a generación de europeos la dichosa papa. Si Rusia tiene papa en invierno…
La demanda. Dudo que varíe mucho la venta de verdura, menos aun de un día para el otro.
Respuesta:
A los productores de verduras les pagan centavos por kg. El resto se los queda el intermediario.
